Artisan Baker Consultancy
Our expertise comes from accredited artisans, including John Downes and Joost Hilkemeijer. We will discuss your needs and recommend an appropriately skilled consultant.

Training is available at selected ABA Accredited Bakeries. Staffing resources are available from our human resources agency, BakerTrade. We also provide assistance for conceptual and general project development.

Bakery fitout? Professional computer based plans are available for new bakeries or improvements to existing layouts. We have direct or importer access to high quality European baking equipment.

Joost Hilkemeijer shapes dough on the bench Can you provide examples?

Training: We recently provided 3 weeks full-time experience for an overseas baker/business person.

Our consultant provided all training and intellectual property required to 'hit the ground running' for a new artisan bakery.

Staffing:
An Australian bakery contracted us to provide a key 'Head Baker' to get their new bakery concept up and running. We found a proficient baker who has proven highly capeable and (6 months later) is now the bakery and developmental manager.

Requirements
Consultancies are completely confidential. We only accept projects that are of clear benefit to the artisan baking community.
